These Terms govern your purchase and use of the digital smart contract templates (“Products”) offered by Codepactify LTD (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.
1) Products & Delivery
Our Products are downloadable digital code packages. After successful payment, you’ll receive a download link and/or license key.
2) License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the Product in your own organization’s end products and in client projects you build for your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the source code as a competing template, library, or repository.
3) Acceptable Use
You are responsible for how you use the code, including compliance with laws and regulations applicable to your deployments. You must not use the Products for unlawful activity, malware, or infringement.
4) Updates & Support
Eligible plans may receive minor updates and email support as described on the product page. We may release major features as separate upgrades.
5) Payments & Taxes
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
6) Refunds
Because our Products are digital and accessible immediately, our Refund Policy generally makes all sales final. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we’ll assist.
7) No Warranty; Security & Compliance
Products are provided “as is.” Smart contracts carry inherent risks. You are solely responsible for audits, security, gas optimization, regulatory compliance, and safe deployment. We do not provide legal or investment advice.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from or in connection with the Products or these Terms.
9) Termination
If you breach these Terms, your license may be suspended or terminated. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to applicable consumer protections.
