Refund Policy

Digital products — all sales are generally final
Because our smart contract templates are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we generally cannot offer refunds once a download link or license key has been delivered.
If something went wrong
- Broken or missing files — contact us within 7 days and we’ll re-deliver or replace.
- Duplicate charge — we’ll verify and refund the duplicate if applicable.
- Unauthorized purchase — please contact your payment provider and notify us so we can assist.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the download begins or access is granted, where you acknowledged this at checkout.
